About Me

Therapeutic Approach

Relationships require work. The demands of every day life can lead to shifting the focus away from the relationship and onto other stressors such as children, work, school, friends, and family. This leaves many relationships unattended and at risk of failure. By making the relationship a priority, you will feel more satisfaction and security in your life.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing strength and evidence-based therapies such as Bibliotherapy, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Psycho-education, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as Supportive Therapy.

experience

I have over 14 years of experience in a variety of settings working with individuals, families, and couples. My ideal client is over the age of 18 years old and wants to improve their communication skills, boundaries, and self-care to improve their connection and reduce their conflicts. I assist them to focus on the strengths of their relationship and enhance their rituals of connection.
