About Me
Therapeutic Approach
I work with a variety of ages, with a focus on young adults who want to break unhealthy patterns learned in childhood. I help them stop people-pleasing, communicate more effectively, and build stronger relationships with friends, partners, and family.
Together, we learn how to set clear boundaries, make confident requests, and recognize what respectful treatment looks like. My goal is to help clients understand their worth and feel empowered in their relationships.
Developing these skills early in adulthood makes it easier to create healthy, fulfilling connections– and avoid repeating patterns that can lead to years of discomfort or pain.
I take a conversational, eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, solution-focused therapy, and supportive therapy.
With over 23 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals, families, and couples across a variety of settings. I work with adults (18+) who want to improve their communication, strengthen boundaries and build healthier, more connected relationships. Together, we focus on what’s already working while creating new patterns that support lasting change.
